Carol I’s 160-room summer retreat. Carol I fought in the Russo-Turkish war and secured Romania’s independence from the Turks, becoming the first King of Romania.

I wasn’t allowed to take photos inside, so only got away with a few… all the coolest rooms had too many employees around 😔
